* as per the city of Bristol, in order to have the right to |
build a house in that zone, one's land needs to be at least |
100 000 sqm, which is 24. 710 538 in acres. |
* Since the size of my land does not qualify for that, |
theoretically, there are two options to obtain a permission |
to build a house on it: |
1. Conducting some agriculture activity on the land to |
generate some profit to be able to prove that the land is |
serving the purpose it was zoned for, because this is what |
they are looking at. |
2. Buying one of the bordering lands over the time to make |
a bigger land so it will automatically qualify for building |
a house. |
